STORE POLICY

For new appointments that require two or more hours, a non-refundable, non-transferable deposit of $100 is required at the time of booking. For touch-up appointments and other appointments that require less than two hours, a non-refundable, non-transferable deposit of $50 is required at the time of booking. This deposit will be deducted from the total amount of the procedure when you commit to the appointment. 

Please note that all deposits and total cost are non-refundable. All situations, including but not limited to changes in personal circumstances, dissatisfaction with the results, or any other reason.

We understand that unexpected events may come up and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Please let us know at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. If you fail to provide 24 hours notice or fail to show up for your appointment, the deposit will be forfeited and will not be applied towards any future appointment.

If you experience a medical emergency and are unable to provide 24 hours notice, please let us know as soon as possible. We understand that emergencies can happen and will make every effort to accommodate your situation.

If you withhold any important information prior to booking and arrive at your appointment sick or in a conflicting state which prevents the procedure, the appointment will be canceled.

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late without any notice or proper reason, the appointment will be canceled.

The first touch up is included within 8 weeks from the first session. After that up to one year from the first session, the annual touch up price is $150. If no touch-up is needed from the first session until one year later, the touch up price is $250, two years later $400.

During consultation, we will try our best to listen and access your desires and concerns. However, if we feel that you are too indecisive, disrespectful, or having unrealistic expectations, we have the right to decline service.
